It may seem crazy, but there are some things that you just shouldn’t put in kitchen cabinets in your Terravita home. I’m sure you’re thinking, why does it matter? I kind of felt the same way until I read an interesting article on the subject. Now, it all makes sense.

Again, unless you plan on doing a lot of entertaining in your Terravita home, fancy place mats, tablecloths, and linen napkins don’t need to be stored in kitchen cabinets. If you don’t have another place to store them, place them on the top shelf so nothing spills on them.
As far as appliances you rarely use such as waffle irons or maybe popcorn makers, get rid of them. If you haven’t used them in 5 years, you probably never will. If you don’t want to part with them, store them in a garage or attic.

Outdoor Serving Pieces
Even if you have a lot of storage in your kitchen cabinets, why use the space for items you use for entertaining outdoors? Move your party decor to a storage area or storage bins.
